Reference project · Magna, client since 2012

Complete final assembly line for three vehicle models

The challenge
Final assembly of the front bumper, rear bumper and grille for three car models built in Romania, each part in 2–6 trim versions, on the same line.
The solution
We designed the entire line in 3D, built it in our own workshop and automated it: frame, conveyors, workstations with fixtures, guarding and software.
The result
37 units delivered turnkey, installed and commissioned on site. Full line cycle: 240 s. From quote to installation: 1 year.

Orders fulfilled

Clients come back, year after year

Since 2017 we have delivered over 200 units: nearly 140 assembly tables and stations, 28 inspection and masking stands, conveyors and fixtures, plus over 35 jigs. After the large line, orders kept coming: new stations for new models, modifications, jigs and refurbishments. Every machine gets its own serial number and is handed over with a signed acceptance report.

Purchase orders, invoices and acceptance reports are available on request, within the limits of our confidentiality agreements.
