Price calculator terms

The calculator and online orders are for professionals only: companies and sole traders. We do not work with private individuals.

1. What the displayed price is

The calculator price is an automatic estimate, calculated from the uploaded drawing and the options chosen: material, thickness, quantity, assist gas and material source. It is not a firm offer.

2. Order confirmation

After you send the request, we check the drawing and confirm in writing, within 24 working hours, the final price and lead time. The order becomes firm only after this confirmation and your acceptance.

3. What is and isn't included

• Includes: laser cutting, material (when we supply it), order preparation and handling.
• Does not include: bending, tapping, welding, painting, special packaging and transport. These are quoted separately.

4. Prices and minimum order

• Prices are in euros, excl. VAT, ex works Bumbești-Jiu. The amount in lei is indicative.
• The minimum order value is €100 excl. VAT.
• Above €2,000 we prepare a tailored quote.

5. Lead time and delivery

Simple cutting is done within 1–2 working days of confirmation. For urgent jobs we cut the same day if the material is in stock. Parts are collected from the workshop or shipped by courier; delivery with our own vehicle in Gorj, Dolj and Vâlcea is charged extra.

6. Payment

For new work: 50% advance and 50% on delivery. For regular customers: 30 days from invoice. We invoice through e-Factura.

7. Files you send

Drawings are used only for quoting and production. Details in Privacy policy.

8. Validity

The calculator estimate is valid for 7 days. A firm quote confirmed in writing is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

9. Complaints

Quality complaints must be made in writing within 5 working days of receiving the parts.

10. Rights to drawings

The customer warrants that it has the right to use the drawings and files sent for production.

11. Liability and governing law

Our liability is limited to the order value, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Romanian law applies; any disputes are settled by the competent courts at the registered office of SC ADECCO SRL.
