About us
From idea to solution, since 2000
AD-AU is an engineering workshop in Bumbești-Jiu, Gorj. We design, build and commission fixtures, stations and automation for plants and industrial manufacturers. In the same workshop we also produce custom metal fabrication.
We are a team of 6 covering the whole chain: SolidWorks design, PLC, HMI and AdoVIS programming, CNC operation, fitting and welding. We write the software ourselves and wire the control cabinets in our workshop, within the same team. Every project has a single owner, from quote to commissioning, and work follows job sheets and checklists.
Quality and documents, on every order
- ISO 9001:2015, SRAC certificate no. 12664 (IQNet), valid until 23 Nov 2028, for the manufacture of machinery and equipment specific to car production lines. Copy of the certificate on request.
- CE marking for delivered machines, where applicable: risk assessment to EN ISO 12100, technical file and EU declaration of conformity under Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
- Dimensional inspection with calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, protractors and gauges.
- Dimensional report on the first article, and EN 10204 3.1 material certificates on request.
- Manufacturing sheets and checklists for every stage: cutting, assembly, welding, delivery.
- Liability insurance third-party and product liability, with Allianz-Țiriac. Policy on request.
- Privacy: drawings are used only for quoting and production. We sign an NDA on request.
