FAQ
Before you request a quote
How long does it take to get a quote?
For cutting and simple parts, within 24 working hours of receiving the drawing and complete data: material, thickness, quantity. For machines and lines we also reply within 24 h, and the quote follows an on-site process review.
Are my drawings safe?
Yes. Drawings are used only for quoting and production and are never passed on. We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request, before you send us your documentation.
What is the lead time?
Simple cutting: 1–2 working days from order confirmation. For urgent jobs we cut the same day if the material is in stock. Parts can be collected from the Bumbești-Jiu workshop or shipped by courier. For urgent jobs, at extra cost, we deliver with our own vehicle in Gorj, Dolj and Vâlcea, even the same day. Fixtures and fabrications: 2–6 weeks, depending on complexity.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No. We make single parts as well as batches of several hundred. The minimum order value is €100 excl. VAT.
I don't have a drawing. Can you work from a sketch or a sample?
Yes. Our design engineer starts from the sketch, a photo or the old part and produces the manufacturing drawing.

Which file formats do you accept?
DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, PDF, JPG, PNG or ZIP, up to 8 MB via the form. For large assemblies, send them by email or via WeTransfer.
Do you supply material certificates and inspection reports?
Yes, on request: EN 10204 3.1 material certificates and a first-article dimensional report.
How do payment and invoicing work?
For regular clients, 30 days from invoice. For new work, 50% advance and 50% on delivery. Invoices are issued by SC ADECCO SRL, VAT-registered and registered in e-Factura.
Do you deliver and install?
Yes, especially in Gorj, Dolj, Vâlcea and Hunedoara. Urgent orders are delivered with our own vehicle in Gorj, Dolj and Vâlcea, on the day of cutting, at extra cost. For other areas, we ship by courier or dedicated transport.
