2. What data we collect

• The data you enter in the quote request form: name, company, phone, email, the technical details of the request and attached files (drawings, photos).
• Data from the price calculator when you send an order request: the DXF drawing, the calculation and your contact details.
• Data you send us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. For visit statistics we use Umami Cloud (EU servers), which uses no cookies and does not store IP addresses: we only see pages visited, referral source, device type and country, aggregated and anonymous. The Google map loads only if you click “Show map”; at that point Google may set its own cookies.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To reply to you and send you a quote: steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To fulfil the order, invoice and keep accounting records: performance of the contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
• For aggregated visit statistics, form security (anti-spam filter), correspondence with customers' contact persons and defending our rights: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you may object at any time.

Fields marked * are needed for us to reply; without them we cannot quote. We do not make automated decisions based on your data.

We do not send marketing messages and we do not sell your data.

4. Who we share it with

• Netlify Inc. (USA), which hosts the site and forms, only for technical storage of the request.
• Zoho (EU data centre), the email provider used for correspondence.
• Umami Cloud, for anonymous, cookieless visit statistics.
• Google, only if you choose to show the map.
• Meta (WhatsApp), only if you message us on WhatsApp.
• Courier companies, for delivering parts (name, address, phone).
• The company's accountant and the authorities, only where the law requires it (for example, for invoicing).

Netlify, Google and Meta may process data in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses provided for by GDPR.

5. How long we keep it

• Quote requests that do not become orders: up to 2 years from the last contact.
• Files uploaded through the form are moved to our archive and deleted from Netlify's servers within 90 days at most.
• Documents related to orders and invoices: for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You can write to us at any time at office@ad-au.com; we reply within 30 days at most.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro).

7. Who we serve

The site, forms and price calculator are for professionals only: companies and sole traders. We do not contract with private individuals.
